Hyundai i20 Review

Post by F1FLP » 16 Jan 2016, 15:36

So...being under 25 and trying to rent a car is a nightmare in itself (that's another story entirely!) but when you do finally manage to get something you're guaranteed to get something small and slow.

I'm currently cruising around Aberdeen in a Hyundai i20...

So positives:
It's not an awful colour
It's not a bad colour
The spec isn't bad - phone connectivity, usb, aux, steering wheel controls

And that's about it. Negatives:
It's glacier slow (although it probably would seem fast if I still drove the Yaris)
It's a diesel

In summary it's not terrible and for 3 days it does the job, but couldn't drive it as a daily!

I had one of those couple years ago when I crashed the e30, thought it was a great car...the only thing i couldn't get along with was having to dip the clutch for it to start.

Had one of these on hire to pick up the Porsche - horrible thing! The most enjoyable part is getting out knowing that I'll never have to drive one ever again!
