Although I have 2 dash cams already (front and rear) I am still interested in purchasing these too! Just a couple of questions, Are the plug sockets mini usb (where the cigarette lighter cable plugs into the camera). If they are it would be a matter of unplugging my old cameras and plugging in the new. How are they mounted...suction cup I assume?

Nope - plug is 12v supply (aka 'fag lighter'). Indeed suction cup mount.

so...the lead does not unplug from the camera itself? One other question, How long is the cable approximately?
