Novel Car Security System - Thoughts?

Postby M60NJP » 09 Mar 2015, 09:22

Putting aside any deep-seated prejudices about the source etc, the idea here seems emminently logical - although it won't stop hoisting (usually the preserve of top-end cars) and the safety override seems equally practical. I'm a bit wary of anything that messes with a cars braking mechanism though.

What are members' reactions? Would you buy one? How much for?

Sounds quite feasible, but would a possibly malfunction be at the back of your mind as your hurtling down the motorway??
As for price, coming from Taiwan it could cost anything from 20p to £100. :-)
