Please do give Prestige a try

Although we all know no single insurer is best for everyone, please do contact Tim and the team when your policy is due. Although the price comparison sites are relatively quick and usually informative, I used one recently (for motorcycle cover) and by going via a broker got an better price (with the same insurer!) that I got on a certain comparison site for people who 'misunderstand'.

With a large and growing membership, plus more than one car in many households, we should be getting more traffic to Prestige even though they won't be cheapest every time. Don't forget, cheapest sometimes comes with huge excess or lunatic administration fees which aren't always apparent on the internet.

I can vouch for Prestige...

Gave them a call on the 'off chance' and managed to save about £130 on my renewal, including instalment payments and declaring my mods - Very happy!!

I did use Prestige for a renewal quote on the 7 back in December and unfortunately they couldn't compete with the quote I got elsewhere.

BUT what I will say is that the customer service was outstanding, the lady I spoke to was honest enough to tell me from the off how good my original quote was and she even called me back 10 minutes later just to confirm the renewal price.

The point of this post is just to say that these are top guys who seemed genuine and had great customer service

phoned them up early'er than planned, cause I was bored and my car is in a garage being mended :)

They couldn't undercut my current best offer but it was worth a try, been hoping to leave my current insurance cause they annoy me with there adverts on tv mostly...
but oh well, not sure Its even worth staying on the road atm :(

Mines up in November, will keep this in mind ! Does bmw enthusiast class itself as a 'club', i.e and enthusiast club for insurance premium reductions on classic/show cars ?
